The anti-vibration frame absorbs movement from the engine for absolute comfort.

Take the two-part anti-vibration clutch block for example – it absorbs movement from the engine to the shaft with a vibration absorber. This means you won't be worn down by uncomfortable tremors to your hands.
Specially-designed spring mountings form part of our Backpack brushcutter’s anti-vibration frame. It absorbs any tremors made by the engine on your back. This level of comfort allows you to keep working until, well, the petrol runs dry – and with its impressive fuel economy, it really does take a while.
The semi-automatic head feeds the nylon thread, simply by tapping it on the ground. Five inches in diameter, the head will hold over 56% more line than a traditional one, too. The small cutter that snips the line is made of metal – not plastic like other manufacturers'. That means it can be sharpened – a must for professional use.
Our unique safety guard makes it simple to change the nylon head for a heavy-duty three-tooth blade – it’s included with all UMK and UMR models. Ideal for tackling thick bushes, there’s no need to buy an additional guard either – the lower part is easily removed and reattached after changing the head.

With the same non-contact sealing bearings as used by NASA, the brushcutter head also has a longer lifetime and better dust-proof performance compared to traditional full contact bearings. This means our brushcutters can keep on going.
