1. The promotor of this promotion is Honda Motor Europe Limited trading as Honda (UK), Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1HL (the ‘Promotor’).

2. This promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and its associated companies, their dealers, agents and members of their immediate family or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the promotion shall not be eligible to participate in the promotion.

3. No purchase necessary. By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. The promotion opens at 09:00 (GMT) on 08 March 2018 and will close at 23:59 (GMT) on 21 March 2018 (inclusive). All entries must be received by the Promotor by 23:59 (GMT) on 21 March 2018. Entries received after the closing date will be automatically disqualified.

6. A maximum of one entry is allowed per person.

7. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries that the Promoter has received.

8. The Promoter will contact each winner within 72 hours of the closing date by sending a direct private message via Facebook.

9. Once contacted, each winner will be required to supply their contact details (name, email and telephone number) by replying to the Promoter’s direct private message on Facebook within 72 hours in order to redeem their prize.

10. If the Promoter is unable, for any reason, to make contract with the winner within 72 hours of contacting them via Facebook, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.

11. In entering the promotion you confirm that you are eligible to do so and to claim the prize. The Promotor may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf and the Promotor does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

12. There are a total of 40 prizes available to be won. Each prize is a general admission family ticket (x2 adults and x2 children) at Odeon or Cineworld cinemas. Peter Rabbit Movie opens in the UK on 16 March 2018. The Prize must be used before 31 July 2019 (cinema screenings of Peter Rabbit Movie may end before that date). The prize is subject to availability and does not include the cost of travel or food/beverages which must be paid for by the winners.

13. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferrable. We reserve the right to offer a substitute prize of greater or equal value in the event of any part of any or all of the prizes becoming unavailable.

14. Winners will receive their prize by email using the email address provided to the Promoter. Every effort will be made to deliver the prizes by no later than 5 working days after the winner has provided their contact details. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or non receipt of prizes sent by email to winners. Replacements will not be offered.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a prize, regardless of the cause, including as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.

17. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's sole determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other participants (including but not limited to tampering with the operation of the promotion, bulk entries, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices) may be rejected from the promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

18. Any entry that could be fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, hateful, inflammatory, libellous, or that makes reference to the Promoter or any of its group companies, its dealerships or any other power products manufacturer in a negative way, or in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, damages or may be detrimental to the brand, reputation, standing or goodwill of the Promoter or any member of its group of companies or their products may (at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) be disqualified.

19. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and participants agree that Facebook cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for, or in connection with, this promotion.

20. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. Participants personal details will be used by the Promotor or its agents and suppliers for the purpose of administering the promotion. Winners agree to the Promoter’s use and publication of their name, image and town or county of residence for promotional and marketing purposes and for making the winners details available to third parties upon request.

23. To obtain the winners’ details, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Honda (UK), Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1HL. Limited details, subject to any restrictions imposed by the Data Protection Act 1998, will be provided in line with any such requests within 1 month of the closing date of the promotion.

24. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
